It is possible to remove credit card details or payment methods from the account. However, this can only be done by Ubersuggest customer service.
If you want to request the removal of your credit card details, please follow these general steps:
- Contact Support: You can contact us by using this link and our representative will be more than willing to assist you.
- Compose a Request: Send an email or chat message and clearly state that you want your credit card details removed from the system.
You can also mention the reason for your request, such as closing your account or protecting your personal information.
- Provide Necessary Details: Include your full name and your email account or if you have any transaction or invoice number related to your account, to help us identify your account.
Once we receive the request, this will be carried out within 24 – 72 hours.
It is also important to note that even if your card information has been successfully removed, it is still possible that you can still see the information in your Account and Billing area. This is because that section cannot be erased as it serves as the history of the card or payment method that was used for the payment.
At the same time, you can also request proof from customer service that the information has been removed from the account for your ease of mind.
