Credit card details or payment methods can be removed from the account. However, this can only be done by Ubersuggest customer service. If a user wants to request the removal of their credit card details, they need to follow these general steps:
Contact Support
Contact our support at support@ubersuggest.com or directly from the Support button on the left bar menu; our representative will gladly assist.
Compose a Request
Users need to send an email or chat message stating that they want their credit card details removed from the system.
Please feel free to mention the reason for the request, such as closing the account or protecting personal information.
Provide Necessary Details
Please include full name and email account, any transaction or invoice number related to the account, to help us identify it.
Once we receive the request, this will be carried out within 24 – 72 hours.
❗It is also important to note that even if the card information has been successfully removed, users can still see it in the Account and Billing area. For example:
This is because that section cannot be wiped out, as it serves as the history of the card or payment method used for the payment. For ease of mind, please feel free to request proof from customer support confirming that the card information has been removed from the account.
