There are a couple of reasons for being logged out of your account.
The first possibility is you logged in from a different device, without logging out of the other device first. Ubersuggest will detect that and block any simultaneous access, and you will see a pop-up similar to this:

The second reason is the tool forced a sign-out, due to inactivity.
Forcing a sign-out is pretty standard in the industry. It's a matter of security. It is a matter of cost, too; an open session might request more data than a closed one, so we want to keep our costs in check to offer the best price in the market.
