While navigating Ubersuggest, you may have encountered an error similar to the one below:
One of the most common causes for this friendly error message is related to cached data in your browser.
That's why we ask our users to always try basic troubleshooting first before we could report any case as a bug.
That said, in this article, we will show you how to clear cache and delete cookies in some browsers like Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Brave.
Google Chrome Browser
1. Go to the top part of the Chrome browser, and click on the 3 vertical dots:
2. This will open a drop-down menu. Please select “Settings”.
3. On Settings, please select the third option in the side menu, “Privacy and Security”.
4. In that section, the first option is “Clear browsing data”. Click on that first option.
5. You will see two tabs: Basic, and Advanced. Select Advanced.
6. In the Time Range, select All Time.
7. Ensure that boxes “Browsing history”, “Download history”, “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are selected.
8. Click on Clear Data.

Safari Browser
To clear your cookies, access the Privacy setting in Safari on your Mac.
While Safari is open, click on Safari in the top-left-hand corner, and choose Settings.
Then select the Privacy tab.
Then select the Privacy tab and click on Manage Website Data.
Type in the search bar neilpatel.com and select neilpatel.com from the list of websites. With neilpatel.com selected, click on Remove. This will remove Cache, Cookies, and Local Storage for Ubersuggest.

Microsoft Edge Browser
1. Go to the top part of the Edge browser, and click on the 3 horizontal dots:
2. This will open a drop-down menu. Please select “Settings”.
3. On Settings, please select the second option in the side menu, “Privacy, Search, and Services”.
4. On that section, scroll down to the Clear Browsing Data section.
5. You will see two options: The first is “Clear Browsing Data Now”, and the second is “Choose What to Clear Every Time You Close the Browser”.
6. Choose “Clear Browsing Data Now”, by clicking on “Choose what to Clear”
7. In Time Range, select “All Time”.
8. Ensure that boxes “Browsing history”, “Download history”, “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files” are selected.
9. Click on Clear Now.
Done!
Brave Browser
To clear cookies for Ubersuggest, click on the lock icon, which is located on the left-hand side of your Brave browser address bar, and click Cookies.
Delete all cookies for neilpatel.com by clicking on Remove until there are no cookies listed:
Done!
You can now refresh Ubersuggest, and you’ll see improvements in its performance.
