If you’ve subscribed to Ubersuggest and first created your account using the “Sign in with Google” button, please go to the following link and try to log in as instructed: https://app.neilpatel.com/en/login.
Users that registered their accounts with the “Sign in with Google” system can’t log in to Ubersuggest by typing an email and a password.
If you subscribed to Ubersuggest by typing your email and password. It’s also essential to make sure that:
- You’ve verified your email.
Our system sends a verification email from firstname.lastname@example.org; at the moment, it might look like a spam email, but it’s not. Please, make sure to check your spam box if you haven’t received it.
The process to reset the password will be to go to the login page, and once there click on the Forgot Password button.
You will be redirected to the reset password link where you have to type in your email account and then, click on the Reset Password button.
To ensure that the password reset works, you need to type the correct email without typos or misspellings. We’ve tested, and the reset is working; it’s imperative to double-check your email before hitting the reset button. In any case, you can repeat the process. Remember to verify your spam box as well.
Ubersuggest will only send you a password reset link if you are using email and password to log in:
Ubersuggest can’t send you a password reset link if you are using Google Sign-in as it is not stored in Ubersuggest.

If you are using your email and password to log in, but still not receiving the password reset link, please check your spam or junk folder for the email.
