Ubersuggest displays SEO Opportunities for each project based on the user´s website domain score, content, and other SEO signals. SEO Opportunities are displayed in cards and ordered by their impact on SEO and difficulty to implement.
The report is also available on the side menu.
Ubersuggest users can vote on the SEO improvement suggestions by clicking thumbs up or thumbs down. This will send feedback to the Ubersuggest product team, which will help shape the future of the SEO suggestions they receive. If users would like to see fewer SEO Optimization suggestions of that kind, they just need to click on thumbs down on the card. The card will be removed, and, in the future, they will receive smarter recommendations.
Once a change has been implemented on the user´s website, they can let Ubersuggest know, by clicking “Mark as done”, this will remove the card from the list.
If a user needs help with making changes on their website, they must click “Start” and follow the instructions.
To find more Opportunities a user can click on the View More Opportunities button at the bottom of the Opportunities section or click on the SEO Opportunities section in the left bar menu.
Types of SEO Opportunities
There are three types of SEO Opportunities.
- SEO Issue
- New Content
- Optimize
1. SEO Issue
The tool tracks progress on the user´s website On-Page SEO Score or its page structure. This is one of the most important opportunities. This has a direct impact on the ability to rank in the first pages, as Google considers having an optimized page structure essential when it comes to selecting the best pages for each keyword.
When SEO Issues appear in the Top SEO Opportunities, users need to make sure to run a Site Audit to identify areas of improvement and fix the issues listed.

2. New Content
Based on the keywords tracked in the project’s Rank Tracking, analysis of the website’s page and domain authority, and its ability to rank for new terms, keywords that aren’t yet present in the user´s website’s content are presented as NEW CONTENT.
When selecting START, the tool will be directed to the Ai Writer 2.0, to assist the users in creating new content based on that keyword.
3. Optimize
Similar to the previous item, Ubersuggest will analyze the website’s potential for ranking for a keyword based on criteria such as page and domain authority. For Optimization suggestions, the keywords already exist in the website’s content. The idea is to improve the existing content for better ranking chances.
When selecting START, the tool will be directed to the Ai Writer 2.0, to assist users in creating new material for that existing keyword.
I Don’t Agree with These Suggestions. What Should I Do?
The algorithm will improve as more and more inputs are provided. Let’s say users don’t agree with the suggestions for new content. They simply need to give the suggestion a thumbs down. The action will remove the suggestion and teach the algorithm more about their preferences.
The same goes for positive suggestions. If the suggestion is useful to the user´s marketing strategy, giving it a thumbs up will make it more likely to present better suggestions soon.
