How to Cancel Add-Ons

Our add-on feature allows for a customized experience by letting the users adjust plan limits according to their needs. These additional packages are charged monthly, irrespective of the plan type, and are non-refundable by default.

If a user decides to remove add-ons from the account and stop recurring charges, here is how they can easily manage the subscription:

Add-On Cancellation Process

Access the Account & Billing Area

Log in to the Ubersuggest account and navigate to the Account & Billing Area. This section provides full control over the subscription settings.

Select the Manage Add-Ons Tab

In the Account & Billing Area, users will find several tabs. Choose the Manage Add-Ons tab to view and manage the add-ons included in the plan.

 

Delete the Add-On

Click on the REMOVE ADD-ON button next to the add-on to delete from the account.

Confirm Removal

Users will be prompted to confirm the decision to remove the add-on. They need to review the details carefully to ensure they are removing the correct package.

Understanding Add-On Cancellation Effects

When a user removes an add-on, it immediately stops any future recurring charges from the next billing cycle. However, the behavior of the add-on after cancellation can vary:

• Instant Removal: Some add-ons, like additional user access, projects, keywords, etc. are removed immediately upon cancellation. Users will lose access to these features right away.
• End of Billing Period: Particularly the AI Writer add-on, will remain active until the end of the current billing period. This allows users to benefit from the feature until the paid period expires.

Remember, while add-ons can be canceled at any time to prevent future charges, these packages are non-refundable.
