Understanding the Workspace Seach History
The Search History tab displays all your recent searches. There you can easily review your project searches activity and return to the desired report:
The search history is a feature that you can use to check the last 10 searches made within a project. And you can switch projects to check others searches.
Duration of Access to Historical Data
The lifespan of data is tied to the number of searches conducted within each project.
Should you exceed 10 searches, the system will only retain the most recent ones.
Occasionally, while toggling between projects, you might encounter older searches or none. This occurs as the tool refreshes the history on a project-by-project basis, rather than updating according to the chronological order of searches overall.
Navigating Between Projects
To maximize the benefits of the MySpace feature, make sure your searches are relevant to the projects you've selected. This approach will enable you to access a history filled with more useful information.
Access for Invited Users
Invited accounts share the same search history as the admin account, meaning all searches conducted are accessible to all account members, and vice versa. Essentially, the search history consolidates the searches from all accounts into a single list.
