Backlinks are indispensable for SEO, contributing to a website's ranking, visibility, and authority. High-quality backlinks from reputable sites can significantly improve a website's ranking in search engine results pages (SERPs), enhancing its visibility and traffic. In Ubersuggest, sections like Backlinks Overview and Backlinks Opportunities can provide insights into the best linking opportunities. We will learn more about these features and how to export the reports below.
Backlinks Overview
This feature shows all backlinks to a specific URL or domain, including domain authority, the number of referring links, and backlinks.
Check this article to understand the feature.
This feature highlights opportunities where users might gain links. Look for patterns in competitors’ backlink profiles, such as frequent linking domains or the types of content that attract the most links. To build backlinks effectively, focus on creating high-quality, engaging content that others want to link to.
It is possible to export several backlinks information to a spreadsheet file (CSV) and a report in PDF format which also includes the Backlinks charts at the top of the Backlink report.
Why Does the CSV File Show Less Results Than the Report?
The CSV file may show fewer results than the total number shown in the report.
The first thing to consider is the number of links selected in the report.
If the option “ONE LINK PER DOMAIN” is disabled, the export file will include all backlinks coming from a specific domain.
If the button is enabled, the export file will show less links, restricting the number to a single link coming from a specific domain.
The second aspect to consider is the number of available results in the report.
To download all results that are included in the plan limits, it is essential to go through all the result pages.
Users can go page by page or select the upward arrow to load all available pages.
After reaching the last result page, adjust the (1) number of links per report and (2) export to CSV.
Backlinks Opportunities
This feature shows domains and specific URLs that link to the competitors' websites but do not link to the user's website.
Learn more about it: Backlink Opportunity Feature
To benefit from this feature, examine the sources and quality of links directed to competitors. Focus on creating high-quality, engaging content that others want to link to. Engage in guest blogging on reputable sites within the industry and reach out to influencers or websites that have linked to similar content.
This feature offers exporting results to a CSV file, in two ways: REFERRING DOMAINS, and BACKLINKS.
Referring domains are the websites from which backlinks originate, while backlinks are the individual links themselves. Users can have numerous backlinks from a single referring domain; for instance, five links from one website would count as five backlinks and one referring domain.
In the Backlinks Opportunities feature, users must go through all the result pages to export all backlinks or referring domains included in the lan limits.
For subscriptions, this report has a limit of 500 results, for Referring Domains and Backlinks.
Free users have access to 10 results.
