There are a couple of reasons why the system downgrades users to free. A downgraded user faces more significant limitations and quick “Upgrade Warnings” messages.
To confirm that the downgrade has happened, please go to your Account & Billing section and update the billing information if necessary.
Now, Ubersuggest downgraded your account because it did not detect any payment for the last invoice. Typically, we send emails to the account email, notifying them that the charge was unsuccessful.
To reactivate your account, you will have to update your payment method:

If somehow you can’t update your payment, you will have to “resubscribe.” This can be done here: https://app.neilpatel.com/en/pricing.
We understand it could be rather obvious, but it´s also worth to double-check that you are logged to the correct account. To do this, check the Account and Billing section and find the email address at the top left of the screen.
