There are a couple of reasons why the system downgrades users to free. A downgraded user faces more significant limitations and quick “Upgrade Warnings” messages.
To confirm that the downgrade has happened, please go to your Account and Billing section here: https://app.neilpatel.com/en/settings/billing and update the billing information if necessary.
Now, Ubersuggest downgraded your account because it did not detect any payment for the last invoice. Typically, we send emails to the account email, notifying them that the charge was unsuccessful.
To reactivate your account, you will have to update your payment method. Here we can explain how.
If somehow you can’t update your payment, you will have to “resubscribe.” This can be done here: https://app.neilpatel.com/en/pricing.
