Why Do I Only Get 250 or Fewer Rows in the Exported Reports?

When users export reports from Ubersuggest, they might encounter a common issue: only receiving 250 or fewer keywords in the CSV file. 
 
Let's tackle this problem step by step to get the complete dataset users need.

Traffic Estimation Reports

Our Traffic Estimation feature comprises two main sections: Traffic Overview and Top Pages by Traffic. 

Exporting Traffic Overview Report

This feature allows to export of the charts in PNG format, the available charts are Organic Traffic, Domain Authority, and Backlinks.

Exporting Top Pages Report 

When generating the Top Pages by Traffic report, navigate directly to the "Export CSV" button and choose "Export All." 

 

Checking the Exported File 

Open the exported CSV file. It should contain the entire list of pages based on the number of pages found. 

Loading Complete Data 

If the file doesn't include all pages, loading the entire dataset is crucial. Scroll down to the bottom of the list, allowing more pages to load and repeat until users reach the last page.  

Exporting Complete Data

After loading all pages, click the "Export All" button again to receive the complete list in the CSV file. 

Keyword Research Reports

Exporting Keyword Ideas Report

The Keyword Ideas report provides keyword suggestions based on the target keyword searched in different branches like questions, related, prepositions, and comparisons.

Exporting Content Ideas Report

This report provides insights such as estimated visitors per page, backlinks, and social media shares (e.g., Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit). 

To export the full rows allowed in the plan limits for these features, users must load the results until the last page as in the Traffic report.

Backlinks Reports

Users can get Backlinks data for a target website and get backlinks opportunities based on competitors' backlinks.

Exporting Backlink Overview Report

To get the report of backlinks with the rows allowed in the user's plan, users have a different option apart from the one we already explained in the previous section about loading all the report pages.

This option is disabling the ONE LINK PER DOMAIN filter found at the top right of the Backlinks list.

Having this option enabled will limit the results reported by only 1 backlink per domain as it is self-explained.

Exporting PDF Reports

Ubersuggest included a new functionality for exporting reports in PDF format, this option is available in the following features:

  • Keyword Overview
  • Similar Websites
  • Traffic Overview
  • Backlink Overview

To export the PDF reports, users need to click on the download icon at the top right of each feature report page.

The PDF file will be presented as a ¨screenshot¨ of the results shown in the features pages which might help users to use them in presentations if it is necessary.
