If the Site Audit is presenting an error in your site that isn’t actually there, it is likely that you are seeing a false positive.
False positives do happen from time to time and each time. In order for us to continuously improve Ubersuggest PRO, understanding when false positives do happen is extremely important. It’s a great way for us to understand exceptions and refine our algorithms to stop showing false positives.
If you are seeing a false positive, we need to know what the problem is that you are facing.
So we can get to the bottom of this issue and make improvements where necessary, can you please answer the following questions and send them via email to support@ubersuggest.com?
- What is the website URL you were analyzing in the Site Audit?
- What is the issue shown as a false positive?
- Please provide details that you consider necessary to better identify the issue.
Once we have this information, our engineers will be able to further investigate the issue and come up with solutions to that.
While you may not get an answer immediately, know that our team will work diligently in order to come up with the right solution.
