Experiencing a bug can be frustrating, but it's a common occurrence in complex tools like Ubersuggest. While the dedicated team works hard on testing and quality assurance, it's not always possible to replicate every user's unique environment, which can lead to occasional bugs.

Follow these steps to report a bug efficiently:
1. Open Ubersuggest in an Incognito/Private Window
- On macOS: Press Command+Shift+N
- On Windows: Press Ctrl+Shift+N
2. Access Inspect Element
Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect, or use these shortcuts:
- On macOS: Fn + F12
- On Windows: Ctrl+Shift+I
3. Enable the Network Tab
- In the Inspect Element window, navigate to the Network tab.
- Ensure the Record button is red and check the Preserve Log box.
4. Reproduce the Bug
- With the Inspect Element window open, perform the actions that caused the error.
5. Save Console Logs
- After reproducing the bug, switch to the Console tab.
- Right-click within the tab and select Save as… to save the log as a text file.
6. Export the Network Log
- Go back to the Network tab and click the download icon (arrow down).
- Save the exported file as a .har file.
7. Send the Files to Support
- Email the following files to support@ubersuggest.com:
- The .txt file from the Console tab (Step 5).
- The .har file from the Network tab (Step 6).
Note: If the files exceed 7MB, provide a download link using tools like OneDrive, Google Drive, etc.
8. Provide Additional Details
- Include information about the section of the tool being used and the type of search performed when the error occurred. Detailed descriptions will help resolve the issue faster.
