If you’ve subscribed to Ubersuggest before the 28th of October, you will need to log in using the “Sign in with Google” button. That’s because you first created your account using that method. Please, go to the following link and try to log in as instructed: https://app.neilpatel.com/en/login.
Users that registered their accounts with the “Sign in with Google” system can’t log in to Ubersuggest by typing an email and a password. Also, at this moment, it’s not possible to switch “log in methods.”
If you’ve subscribed to Ubersuggest after the 28th of October, meaning that you have registered a new account here, then you need to type your email and password to log in. It’s also essential to make sure that:
- You’ve verified your email. Our system sends a verification email from email@example.com; at the moment, it might look like a spam email, but it’s not. Please, make sure to check your spam box if you haven’t received it.
To ensure that the password reset works, you need to type the correct email without typos or misspelling. We’ve tested, and the reset is working; it’s imperative to double-check your email before hitting the reset button. In any case, you can repeat the process. Remember to verify your spam box as well.
