Please note that cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
Types of The Plans
Ubersuggest currently offers two types of subscription plans:
Monthly Subscription
- Trial Period: Includes a one-time 7-day free trial.
- Payment Structure: Recurring monthly payments.
- Flexibility: You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Lifetime Subscription
- No Free Trial
- Payment Structure: A one-time payment provides access for 50 years.
- Note: This plan is non-cancelable once purchased.

Steps to Cancel the Subscription Plan
To cancel the account, please follow the steps below:
1. Select "Accounts & Billing" from the drop-down menu located in the top right corner of the screen.
2. Scroll to the Billing section and select the "Cancel" option.
3. Provide a reason for cancelation and include any additional feedback to help improve the customer experience.
4. Select the "Cancel Account" option.
5. Review the cancelation terms, mark the checkboxes, and then select the "Cancel Account" option.
6. Before proceeding with the cancelation, a special offer for the Basic Lifetime plan will be displayed. To accept the offer, select "Get Lifetime Access." Important Notes on Cancelation
To avoid additional charges, it is necessary to cancel a paid subscription before the end of the current billing cycle.
If a subscription is canceled during an active billing period, the cancellation will take effect at the end of that period. Access to the subscription will remain available until the current monthly billing cycle concludes. After the cycle ends, the subscription will not be renewed, and no further charges will be incurred for the following month. The billing cycle can be checked in the Account & Billing Section.
Canceling a Free Trial Before Expiration
To avoid any charges, the users should make sure to cancel the free trial before the next billing cycle. The free trial can be canceled by following the same steps outlined above for canceling a monthly subscription.
Impact of Cancelation on The Users’ Data
When an account is canceled, it will be downgraded to the free version. Rankings and historical data will be removed, but the oldest project created with 25 keywords will remain.
Note: resubscribing will not restore any lost data.

Automated notices are sent out for overdue invoices. In case the proof of cancellation exists, please email support@ubersuggest.com with the following details:
- The email address used for registration
- Proof of cancellation

How to Permanently Delete the Account?
To permanently delete your account:
1. Navigate to the profile in the top right corner and select "Accounts & Billing" from the drop-down menu.
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Delete My Account."
3. Confirm the deletion by clicking "Yes" in the dialog box.
