Starting Your Ubersuggest Free Trial
When you first sign up to Ubersuggest, you’ll have an account as a free user. Ubersuggest offers a seven-day free trial (for monthly plans only), you won’t be charged until the completion of the seven-day trial.
To start your Ubersuggest trial:
- Log in to Ubersuggest.
- Click on Plans & Pricing at the top right corner of the screen.
3. Select which monthly plan you’d like to try and click the blue Start My Free Trial button under that plan.
4. Enter your debit or credit card information, or log in to share your PayPal account then click Start My Free Trial.
5. All set! You’ve got seven days of no-charge access to a Ubersuggest subscription plan!
Note: If you don’t cancel your subscription before the end of the seven days, you’ll automatically be charged the cost for your subscription.
Upgrading Your Free Trial to a Subscription
Once your seven-day free trial is over, we’ll automatically charge your card/PayPal account, and your free trial will roll over to a paid subscription. If you want to avoid getting charged, we recommend canceling your free trial no later than 24 hours before the end of the seven days.

Do You Offer Any Special Rates or Discount Codes?
We currently don’t offer any special rates or discount codes.
Can I Upgrade My Plan in the Future?
If you feel that the plan you’ve chosen is not sufficient for your needs, you can upgrade to another plan at any time!
You’ll be prorated and charged only the difference between your current plan and the new plan for the current month of your upgrade, then charged the new full price of your upgraded plan in the months after.
Why Is Ubersuggest Showing That I’m a Free User?
If you’ve paid for a subscription plan but are showing as a free user, you’ve likely had an issue with your billing method that prevented us from completing your payment.
Please check your credit/debit card/PayPal information to make sure everything is correct, your card is not expired, and no issues are preventing the payment from being completed.
If you need help, please contact us at email@example.com. Once your overdue invoice has been paid, you’ll once again have access to your subscription account.
If you are sure your payments are up to date and the system still treats you as a free user, you may want to check your limits. If you still think there is anything wrong, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Will My Credit/Debit Card Be Charged While I’m on a Free Trial?
Your credit/debit card or PayPal will not be charged during your free seven-day trial. We will bill your subscription following your seven-day trial period.
I Was on a Free Trial and Got Upgraded Automatically. Can I Get a Refund?
As mentioned above, we recommend canceling your trial before the end of the free period to avoid being charged for another month. If you would like to request a refund, please send us an email at email@example.com our team will evaluate the eligibility for it.
Please note that if a refund is issued, it will take 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and returned to your card/PayPal account.
Old Plan Showing After Upgrade
If you are still seeing that you are currently under your former plan, that’s probably because you’re still signed in to Ubersuggest since your last access, which may be causing you to see cached data.
To fix this, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Sign out and sign-in
Step 2: Clear your browser cache. For instructions for each browser, click here.
Step 3: Try another browser
Step 4: You can also try on an incognito/private mode in any browser. This way you make sure no old cached data is loaded.
Once done, you should be all set to get started with a new plan!
