Managing Payments, Billing, and Invoicing in Ubersuggest

In this article, we’ll answer the most common questions about Ubersuggest payments.

Accepted Payment Methods for Ubersuggest

Ubersuggest accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay.
  • PayPal: A convenient option for users who prefer online payment platforms.

Users must ensure their card is enabled for international transactions to avoid any payment issues.

How to Locate Billing Information in Ubersuggest?

To find billing details, click on the profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen and select "Account & Billing" from the drop-down menu.

How to Update Payment Type or Information?

To change the payment type or update payment information, go to the "Account & Billing" screen, scroll to the "Billing" section, and click Update next to the current payment method.

How Can Users Generate an Invoice in Ubersuggest?

Users can generate their own Ubersuggest invoices in the "Billing" section, by clicking the Download Invoice button.

  • For Monthly plans, all invoices are available on the Recurly invoice page.
  • For Lifetime plans, users can request an invoice by contacting the support team.

Refer to the "Download Invoice" button for easy access.

Note: The invoices will be available only if the subscription is active, if a user cancels the subscription already they need to contact our support at support@ubersugges.com and we will send them the invoices through email. 

How to Generate the Invoice with the Tax Number or Company Name?

Ubersuggest, as a US-based company, can include a tax ID on invoices. If users require specific information not present on the downloadable version from the Recurly page, they should email support@ubersuggest.com with the following details:

  • Company Name
  • Full Address
  • VAT Number (if applicable)
  • Other Specific Information to be added

The support team will incorporate the provided details into the invoice and respond promptly.

Invoice Generation Before Payment

Invoices cannot be generated before a payment is made. If users are in the 7-day free trial period, an invoice will only be available after the trial ends and the first subscription payment is processed.
