Accepted Payment Methods for Ubersuggest
Ubersuggest accepts a variety of payment methods to accommodate different preferences:

How to Locate Billing Information in Ubersuggest
To find your billing details, click on your profile avatar in the top-right corner of the screen. From the drop-down menu, select "Account & Billing." This section will provide you with all your billing information.
How to Update Payment Type or Billing Information
To update your payment method or billing information, follow these steps:
1. Go to the "Account & Billing" section.
2. Scroll down to the "Billing" area.
3. Click Update next to your current payment method to make changes.
Can I Delete or Remove My Credit Card Details?
You can remove your credit card details or payment methods from your account, but this can only be done by Ubersuggest customer service. If you’d like to request the removal of your credit card information, please contact our support at support@ubersuggest.com or directly from the Support button on the left bar menu; our representative will gladly assist.
How to Generate an Invoice in Ubersuggest
Generating an invoice is simple:
1. Go to the "Billing" section in your account settings.
2. Click the Download Invoice button to generate your invoice.
Note: Invoices are only available if your subscription is active. If you’ve canceled your subscription, contact us at support@ubersuggest.com and we’ll send your invoices via email.
How to Generate an Invoice with the Tax Number or Company Name
Ubersuggest can include a tax ID on invoices, as we are a US-based company. If you need additional information, such as your company name or VAT number, please email support@ubersuggest.com with the following details:
- Company Name
- Full Address
- VAT Number (if applicable)
- Any other specific information you need added to the invoice
The support team will update the invoice with the requested details and get back to you promptly.
Invoice Generation Before Payment
Please note that invoices cannot be generated before a payment is made. If you're in the 7-day free trial period, your invoice will only be available after the trial ends and the first subscription payment is processed.
