What Payment Types Does Ubersuggest Accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as debit cards. Including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and UnionPay. We also accept PayPal.
Keep in mind the card needs to have international transactions enabled to work.
Where Can I Find My Billing Information?
Click on your profile avatar at the top right corner of the screen and select Account & Billing from the drop-down menu.
How Do I Change My Payment Type/Payment Information?
On the Account & Billing screen, scroll down to the Billing section and click Update beside your current payment method.
I Need an Invoice, Can I Generate One?
Yes, you can generate your own Ubersuggest invoices!
In the same Billing section, click Download Invoice.
Your Recurly invoice page will have all your invoices available, whether on a Monthly or a Lifetime plan.
Can I Get a VAT Invoice Generated? Will It Include a Tax ID?
Ubersuggest is a US-based company and can include a tax ID on your invoice.
Should you need any special information in your invoice that isn’t on the downloadable version on your Recurly page, please send an email to support@ubersuggest.com including:

Other specific information that you need to be added.
We’ll get all the information added to the invoice for you and get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I Add My Company Name To The Invoice?
Same procedure as above, please email us at support@ubersuggest.com and we can help you with your custom invoicing requests.
Can I Generate an Invoice Before Payment?
Unfortunately, our payment provider doesn’t provide the option to generate invoices until at least one payment has been made. This means that if you’re currently within the seven days of your free trial, you won’t be able to generate an invoice until your trial is over and we’ve charged you for your first month of subscription.
