Why Was I Logged Out of My Ubersuggest Account?
There are a couple of reasons for being logged out of your account.
The first possibility is you logged in from a different device, without logging out of the other device first. Ubersuggest will detect that and block any simultaneous access, and you will see a pop-up similar to this:
The second reason is the tool forced a sign-out, due to inactivity.
Forcing a sign-out is pretty standard in the industry. It's a matter of security. It is a matter of cost, too; an open session might request more data than a closed one, so we want to keep our costs in check to offer the best price in the market.
Can Teammates Access The Same Account Simultaneously?
Ubersuggest does not support simultaneous sign-ins to the same account using one login. If a second session is open, the first one will be signed out.
Monthly and Lifetime subscribers can purchase an add-on to increase the number of users for their accounts. The add-on can be purchased from the Manage Addons tab in your account settings. To add another user to your account, please follow the steps in the "Managing multi-users" article.
Are There a Default Number of Extra Users on the Pro Plans?
While the Individual plan does not have extra users by default, the higher tiers do. The Business and Enterprise users have a number of extra users included by default in their accounts. More information can be found in the Managing Multi Users article.
To add users to the account will be necessary to go to the account settings > Manage Users. Once there, add the invited user's email address and send the invitation.
