Ubersuggest now allows multiple users, using different logins, to access the same account at the same time. The same user can’t be logged in from multiple devices at the same time (for example, logged in on two different computers at once).
The following users are included in each subscription:
- Individual plan - no additional users
- Business plan - one additional user
- Agency / Enterprise plan - four additional users
Users that need to increase their user limit, can add users by purchasing the multi-user add-on. The add-on can be purchased from the Manage Addons page in your Account Settings. One multi-user add-on raises the limit by one additional user. There is no limit to how many add-ons can be purchased.
How to invite users to an account?
To invite a user, navigate to the “Manage Users” page in your account settings. Enter the user's email address and click “Send Invite”.
Once the invite is sent, you will see a confirmation message: “Email invitation successfully sent!”.
At the same time, the invitee will receive an email “You've been invited to Ubersuggest!” from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to activate their guest account. After clicking the link in the email, the user will be redirected to the sign-up page.
Once the sign-up process is completed, the inviter will see signed-up invitees in the list of users:
How to remove a user from an account?
To remove a user from your account, navigate to the list of invited users in the Manage Users page in your account settings and click on the bin icon next to the user you would like to remove. Only account owners can remove invited users. Invitees can’t remove users, instead, they can remove themselves from the account.
Do extra users have access to billing details?
No, invited users do not have access to the billing section of the website. They are limited to using the basic features of Ubersuggest, without access to any of the admin features.
Can I make a user into the account admin?
Invited users can’t be account administrators, only the account owner has access to Account & Billing settings, Manage Users and Manage Addons.
