What Does Multi-Users Mean?
Ubersuggest now allows the admin users to invite users with different logins to access the same account simultaneously. However, please note that the same user cannot be logged in from multiple devices at the same time (e.g., being logged in on two different computers simultaneously). This option works only for different account owners.

How Many Users Can Be Invited with Each Subscription?
Individual (tier 1) - No additional users
Business (tier 2) - One additional user
Enterprise (tier 3) - Four additional users
Please note that the plan details reflect the total number of users, including the admin user.
For example, the Individual Plan indicates one user, meaning only the admin user has access.
How to Increase the Limit for the Invited Users?
To increase the user limit, you can purchase the multi-user add-on from the Manage Addons page in the Account Settings.
Each add-on raises the limit by one additional user, and there is no restriction on the number of user add-ons you can purchase.
How to Invite Users to an Account?
To invite a user, go to the "Manage Users" page in your account settings. Enter the user's email address and click "Send Invite."
After sending the invite, you will see a confirmation message: “Email invitation successfully sent!”.
The invitee will receive an email titled “You've been invited to Ubersuggest!” from support@ubersuggest.com, containing a link to activate their guest account.
By clicking the link, the invitee will be redirected to the sign-up page. In case the email is not received, there is an option to copy the invitation link and send it to the user manually.
It is also possible to delete the invitation that was sent.
Once the sign-up process is completed, the inviter will see the signed-up invitees listed in the "Manage Users" section. Once the invitation is accepted, the connected account will be displayed in the invited user's account.
How to Remove a User from an Account?
A user can be removed from the account either by the admin user or by the invited user themselves.
To remove a user from your account:
- Navigate to the "Manage Users" page in the account settings.
- Find the list of invited users.
- Click on the bin icon next to the user that should be removed.
Please note:
- Only account owners can remove invited users from the main account.
- Invitees cannot remove other users but can remove themselves from the account.
Do Extra Users Have Access to Billing Details? What are the limits for the Invited Users?
Invited users do not have access to the billing section of the website. They are limited to using the basic features of Ubersuggest and do not have access to any admin features.
Invited Users Limits
Projects
- Invited users cannot change or edit projects, including SEO Opportunities.
- They are unable to receive project notifications via email.
- Invited users cannot connect to Google Analytics or Google Search Console.
- Add-ons purchased by the admin for extra keywords, projects, and competitors are exclusive to the admin account.
Daily Searches
- Searches conducted by invited users count toward the admin's search limits.
- Purchasing add-ons to increase daily limitations benefits all users within the account.
Keyword Lists
- Invited users can see the administrator's keyword lists but cannot delete them.
Account & Billing
- Invited users do not have access to payment details.
- They cannot upgrade the account or purchase add-ons independently.

- All users have access to saved documents.
- Word credits are shared among all users and sourced from the admin account.
Is It Possible to Make the Invited User an Account Admin?
Invited users cannot be account administrators. Only the account owner has access to Account & Billing settings, Manage Users, and Manage Add-ons.
