What Does Multi-Users Mean
Ubersuggest now allows you to invite additional users, each with their own login, so multiple people can access the same account at once. Keep in mind that a single user can’t stay logged in on multiple devices—for example, on two different computers at the same time. This feature is meant to help teams collaborate under one account, rather than sharing one login across devices.
How Many Users Can Be Invited with Each Subscription Plan
Individual plan: No additional users
Business plan: One additional user
Enterprise plan: Four additional users
Keep in mind that your plan’s user limit already includes the admin account. For example, the Individual Plan allows only one user in total—meaning only you, as the account owner, will have access.
How to Increase the Limit for the Invited Users
To increase your user limit, you can purchase the Additional User Add-on from the Manage Add-ons section in your Account and Billing section. Each add-on adds one extra user slot, and there’s no limit to how many you can buy.
How to Invite Users to an Account
To invite a new user, go to Account and Billing > Manage Users. Enter the person’s email address and click Send Invite.
Once the invitation is sent, you’ll see a confirmation message that says “Email invitation successfully sent!”
The person you invited will receive an email titled “You’ve been invited to Ubersuggest!” from support@ubersuggest.com. The email includes a link to activate their guest account. When they click the link, they’ll be redirected to the sign-up page.
If they don’t receive the email, you can copy the invitation link from your dashboard and share it with them manually.
Note: The invited user’s email address must not be linked to an existing Ubersuggest account. If it is, they’ll need to delete that account before accepting the invitation.
You can also delete a pending invitation at any time if it hasn’t been accepted yet.
After the invited user completes the sign-up process, their name will appear in your Manage Users section. Once the invitation is accepted, your account will also show up in the invited user’s dashboard.
How to Remove a User from an Account
A user can be removed from the account either by the account owner (admin) or by the invited user themselves.
To remove a user from your account:
Go to Account Settings > Manage Users.
Find the list of invited users.
Click the bin icon next to the user you want to remove.

Only account owners can remove invited users from the main account.
Invited users can’t remove others, but can remove themselves at any time.
