How to Get a Free Account

A free account is created automatically when you register with an email—no activation needed. You can check your current plan anytime in the Account & Billing section.

Free Account Limits

The Ubersuggest free account comes with usage limits to maintain fair access for all users. Here are the main restrictions:

  • Projects: 1 project.
  • Rank Tracking: Track up to 25 keywords per project with weekly desktop-only ranking updates. 
  • Locations: 1 location
  • Competitor Tracking: Add up to 2 competitors per project for comparison.
  • Site Audit: Crawls up to 150 pages weekly. No recrawling, and exports are limited to CSV files.
  • Keyword Research: It is not possible to add keywords directly to rank tracking or keyword lists from these reports.
  • Traffic Estimation: Reports do not include historical data. 
  • Backlinks: View up to 100 backlinks per site for analysis.
  • Keyword Lists: Create up to 3 lists, each with a maximum of 30 keywords.
  • AI Writer: Limited to 2,000 words, 5 searches per day, and 1 saved document.
  • Chrome Extension: Limited to 40 searches per day.
  • Daily Search Limit: 3 searches or reports per day.

These limits define the scope of Ubersuggest’s free account, offering essential SEO tools within clear boundaries.

Free Account Access Duration

Ubersuggest’s free account has no time limit—you can use it indefinitely with the set feature limitations.

Note: If a paid subscription is canceled, the account automatically reverts to a Free Account, giving continued access to free features without interruption.

Upgrading the Free Plan

You can upgrade your plan from the top right corner of the dashboard or through the Account & Billing section.
