Setting Up Your Rank Tracking Report
In the Rank Tracking section, you can easily add the keywords you want to monitor for your business. Rankings are updated weekly across all plans.
All tracked keywords appear under the Tracked Keywords, where you can view key metrics such as current position, ranking changes, search volume, and SEO difficulty. This gives you a clear overview of your keyword performance.
Ubersuggest begins tracking from the day you create your project. From there, you can adjust the date range to analyze performance over a specific period that fits your goals.
You can also view keyword data by location. If you track multiple locations, you can either focus on one specific location or view results for all of them together to compare performance.
Additionally, you can switch between desktop and mobile rankings at any time. Simply toggle the device option, and the report will update instantly to show results for that view.
Understanding Your Email Notifications
In addition to tracking keyword performance in Ubersuggest, you can receive weekly email updates with the latest changes to your rankings.
To enable notifications, click Edit Project on your dashboard and turn on Email Notifications. Once activated, updates will be sent automatically to the email address associated with your account.
Note: For Business and Agency plans, only the admin user will receive these notifications.
What’s Included in the Email Notification
Your email notifications keep you informed about keyword performance. Each message displays the report dates in the top-right corner and clearly identifies the project, location, and device type (desktop or mobile) the updates refer to.
For detailed keyword insight, click View Report to open the full, detailed report directly in Ubersuggest.
When reviewing the data in your dashboard, make sure to select the same time frame, location, and device shown in your email. This ensures you’re comparing the correct data and seeing accurate results.
