How to Update the SEO Difficulty Score
To update the SD metric score, you can either click the revolving arrows in case of updating a single keyword.
Also, you can choose multiple keywords and then utilize the "UPDATE METRICS" button at the top of the report. This allows for bulk updating of the SEO Difficulty (SD) scores.
So that you know, the duration for refreshing these metrics may increase as you select more keywords simultaneously.
Is There a Refresh Limit?
The refresh option is subject to a monthly limit, and the frequency of refreshments varies based on the user's subscription plan. Paid accounts are granted access to a default number of refresh credits, while free and unregistered users encounter more stringent limitations.
The limits are as follows:
Unlogged Users | 0 credits |
Free Users | 10 credits |
Basic Lifetime Users | 50 credits |
Restart Users | 50 credits |
Individual Users (Monthly & Lifetime) | 200 credits |
Business Users (Monthly & Lifetime) | 500 credits |
Enterprise Users (Monthly & Lifetime) | 700 credits |
A usage counter is available right beside the Update Metrics button.
For example, if you look at the count (290/500), this means that 290 credits out of the 500 were used, and there are only 210 credits left, and so on.
NOTE
It´s important to highlight that one credit corresponds to 1 keyword refreshed, if you refresh keywords in bulk, for example, 100 keywords at once the counter will show 100 credits used.
Finally, if you click on Refresh Metrics multiple times for the same keyword, each time will count as one update. It is not possible to cancel the update if clicking by mistake.
What Happens When I Update SD Metrics?
Each time you choose a keyword and refresh its SEO Difficulty score, you'll receive the most up-to-date data determined by the factors utilized in calculating SD.

Does the Refresh Option Update Other Metrics Apart From the SD?

Regularly updating metrics allows businesses and organizations to make informed decisions based on the latest data, spot trends or issues faster, and adjust their strategies accordingly.
